After my stay at the hotel, I found that while the location was nice with potential, especially due to its proximity to a Novartis site, there were some major issues that affected my overall experience. The rooms were shockingly dirty upon check-in, with various stains everywhere, and the service was notably unprofessional and rude, both in terms of charging our credit card without authorization and the presence of cockroaches in the alternative room provided. However, the location was fine with nearby attractions, but fell short of expectations. The dining experience was also subpar, with repetitive and low-quality food. Overall, a disappointing stay with a few redeeming qualities.

Upon entering the room, I noticed a huge water stain on the ceiling and multiple stains on the carpet and lamp shades. The faint smell of cigarette smoke from neighboring rooms was also off-putting. The sheets had visible stains, and there was mold under the shower mat. The carpet and chair had noticeable stains as well.
